Here comes a pretty cool feature : The transparency for obstructing meshes !!
It was surprisingly easy to do. Basically you hit a ray from the camera to the character and if it hits a mesh collider then the mesh gets a transparent shader affected. You can find more information on Unity’s forum. This post for example will make it totally straightforward !
This feature is not only meant to prevent meshesfrom obstructing the field of view. It’ll enable me to imagine some hidden paths and bonus ! And that is really a great thing !! 🙂
